So impressed with 7 Primal Krav Maga during this year of the pandemic their training Center is one of the most covid safe units I’ve seen with all the precautions they have taken to keep our daughter safe while she attends the classes, when the Center has been closed they have moved online to still provide the lessons keep up exercise and moral.. our daughter has gained so much confidence from being part of the Krav Maga family.. I can’t wait for normality to resume so she can get back to it 100%.

All 3 of my children attend 7pkm, 2 x girls and 1 x boy, they learn the value of hard work, discipline and respect. It has built a great deal of confidence for my kids, and helped them feel great achieving their fitness goals. As a father I also have personal training with Dan the head honcho, who has an amazing ability to keep you focussed, and to step change your performance. holly and the whole team are a great gang, like a family. Well worth getting your family involved also, they don’t need to have even done anything like this before, for all ages and abilities.

I could not recommend 7 Primal Krav Maga enough. Its such a great workout and honestly super fun too! The team have been so good throughout 2020 making the classes and studio both accessible and safe. Try a class, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing set-up, modern, lots of kit, good size hall/gym and cold - perfect for training and a workout. Both of my daughters attend and were supplied a kit upon joining. How would I describe Krav itself? Well, I see it as a \street\ version of self-defence, something that would actually be useful in today's society. Amongst a wide array of other moves, they teach you how to get out of certain holds using sometimes simple, but clever techniques. Also like any good self -defence class, there is a strong level of discipline, which is key to managing these types of classes. The instructors are brilliant too, they take the time to monitor each pupil and correct them (if required) as they run through and practise certain moves. Q/ Would I recommend it? A/ Definitely, and if you can manage to sign up for a free session, you wont be disappointed.

Great set up and encouraging team. My son had been involved with Karate before but wanted something which was more 'streetwise' and hands on...well Krav Maga certainly delivers that! He's learning a new skill, keeping fit, meeting new people and gaining more confidence. What's not to like. Thanks all... :-)
