A very thought invoking spot, very peaceful and does justice to remembering the sacrifices of the few. When open the 'Wing' has to be visited. The interactive displays are awesome. In addition some of the gun camera clips are unique. Also a must, is having a go in the flight simulator, it is based around a very realistic Hurricane cockpit.

This is not a museum but a memorial. A very good memorial. There are two replica aircraft, the Hawker Hurricane and Spitfire. The grounds are laid out in the form of a propeller blade with lovely views. Gift shop is reasonably priced and the Cafe was fair, nothing like the rip off prices at English Heritage or National Trust places. Car park I think was a pound for two hours which was plenty of time to look round and have a coffee.

well worth a visit here, not very big though so will not take too long!, i must admit i didnt visit the museum building as i did not have my facemask on me ..Doh! i know!!,...! But theres some nice replica models of A Spitfire and Hurricane on view with also a German dive bomber \Stuka\ plane on show too ...Buitiful grounds with a memorial to all those airman lost in the Battle of Britain , And to top it all absolultly stunning views accoss the English Channel, and on a clear day you will see France!!

Excellent, moving & respectful tribute to the brave souls who fought in the Battle of Britain. Staff were cheerful & friendly. Great views from cafe.
