A welcoming atmosphere and such helpful people. It felt great to receive counselling and advice that has made an enormous difference. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to share their worries and problems.

I honestly don't know how to put into words how grateful I am to Marty at Self Horizons for all her help and support - I really don't know where I would be without her. The counselling I received has been invaluable - I am a completely different person now, someone who has dealt with past issues and has the tools to deal with future problems when they arise. I feel lighter, and so much more excited for the future. I cannot recommend Self Horizons enough - things really can get better.
Marty is amazing! Has completely turned my life around twice. I don’t think I would have come out the other side of a terrible situation without her. If you need help look no further. Thank you Marty
I just want to say a massive thank you. I have really benefited from my sessions with Marty and I now feel hopeful for the future now rather than hopeless. I would definitely recommend them.
The building is anonymous from the outside, and as you go upstairs they have made the waiting area & counselling rooms, which are basic, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are very friendly. I have benefitted greatly from my sessions and would recommend the team.
