Ouprettythings small

I love visiting this little known haven for donkeys and humans alike. The place is run by Sue, an absolute angel for rescuing horses and donkeys from previous hard lives, providing love and care for these beautiful animals. All are welcome on the Sunday's they are open, check the Facebook page for times as they are restricted to a couple of hours in the afternoon. This is ample time to pet the animals and check out the donated items for sale. I always come away with a sense of well being after spending time with these lovely creatures.

Such a worthwhile charity to support. Choosing your donkey / pony to adopt is great fun (I have one of each) and visiting on a Sunday to stroke them is one of the most peaceful activities I have experienced. You support them and in return get free donkey therapy!
