I sent a Samsung A11 to Fonehub and took a week to arrive on Friday. They took 3 days and when I rang, said could not give me the 112 quote due to ' Outdated prices' and loads of poor excuses..In the end, after I complained and threatened Ofcom they upped my price to 65 (from 45) . Absolute disgraceful company. DO NOT USE!! I certainly will never use again. If I could give 0 Stars I would. Shouuld have heeded all the negative reviews on other sites. Beware!!!

DO NOT USE - Having read recent reviews, I gave them the benefit of doubt as I had used them in the past with no issues, but sadly this is no longer the case. A decent value is offered, but then a few weeks after you send the handset to them, and then chase for an update, the games start and the values start changing due to \damage\ they claim is found on second inspection. All nonsense. I wasted so much time and stress trying to get paid.

If I could give no stars I would. These guys have been exposed on Channel 5. Their business model is to give a high value only to reduce it a few weeks later by over 50% for fake issues. They then resell these phones on Ebay and Amazon for up to triple the value they pay you. This business is scum and I would say to sell your phone yourself rather than use these criminals.

Don't send the phone here! They give me a price for the phone and after 3weeks I received email they will give me less money -70.
