When they sell products, they don't give receipts and when the products don't work they ask for the receipts and don't give refunds, bad quality products

Hi I bought a mobile phone I was been told that the mobile is second hand that's okay but was not told me about the falt in the sides swich on button so soon as I noticed I went back to the shop and said I'm not happy with the mobile the shop worker did not do Notting about it he claimed Notting is wrong with the phone and would not refund me so after a week or so he swap with a nother second hand phone claiming it's a brand new phone but no it had other people phone numbers and mgs in and all so delisted so was been told to come back next week went back with a friend and was boss not here so no refund back notting got robbed no good shop
They sell fake goods and refuse to refund as they rarely give receipts. Be really careful here. Have a look at what your buying before you do incase it's not genuine or take a friend to help you check. It's not really that much cheaper either so your Better off going to a proper shop that's reputable and has good customer service.
