So I thought I would share this as I suffer with mental health have done for a few years now. I tried to work with it and it got virtually impossible to handle. I was employed the whole time until things became to much. The attached screen shots show how my employer responded after they were made fully aware I had mental health. They sacked me for anything they could think of as soon as they knew I had mental health. The point of this is how employers treat people with this condition. And think they can get away with it. I worked for a local DAF truck dealer to me they supported me when I had my heart condition and a few other issues and once mental health was mentioned they completely changed there attitude and sacked me without notice or pay or even holiday pay owed to me. They instigated welfare meetings at my home address which turned into disaplanary issues. The responce from how an employee is feeling or needing support is crazy as you can see below. I suppose my whole point in sharing this is we need to stick together and fight the discrimination we are having through no fault of our own.
