My experience was terrible, didn't have a car for 2 weeks, no info with what was going on with my car. I've wrote down my experience (wouldn't fit in the review box), and attached it as an image. They gave me a partial refund but for not having my car for as long this went on, the lies, and the stress - not only it should be a full refund but people should be wary of using the Malvern branch as everyone I've spoke to has had bad experiences with them.

There was a bit of uncertainty as to whether my tyres had arrived when I first arrived, however this was resolved any my tyres were fitted in good time. Good friendly service and good socially distanced waiting area.

What an absolute pleasure of a centre to use. Came in with a problem with my clutch. These guys were able to get me booked in PDQ and clutch fitted within 24 hours. Great staff great service great price. Highly recommended!!! Cakes bought as a thank you.

I booked an Aircon recharge online. I went in, they worked on the car for 30 minutes and said to come back as my compressor wasn't turning on. The next time I came in they said their Aircon machine wasn't working (after another 30 minutes). They told me they will order the gas and to come in a few days later. Surprise surprise they hadn't put the order in. The only positive is that I got my money back quickly.
