Had a very worrying noise coming from the rear of my car, called up and spoke to Des, he took a look at it for me, test drove, put it on the ramps, worked out the problem within 30 mins and diagnosed it for me. Very friendly and personable as well as straight talking and professional. Would definitely recommend! Des was great!

Good service from the staff. The prices are marked at market rate; although I recommend doing these online beforehand to get the prices. In store prices might be higher. Few things they could do for me to score five stars: 1. Make hot drinks free. 2. In colder months, the waiting area gets cold so not comfortable. The tiny radiators are not sufficient. 3. Offer free WiFi in the waiting area.

On 06/06/20 I had the front tyres changed, brought my own tyres and rear ones balanced only. * I have been charged for 'Tyre fitted 19" & above' - my wheels are 18" * been charged for ' Sundries' - I don't know why * been charged for 'Tyre disposal charge' - I kept old tyres * The engineer used the same pair of gloves when fitting the wheels and driving my car, did not use any seat cover on my alcantara interior. Very unprofessional and overcharged ****** Dear Owner. I did contact the customer service in the first place but they said that can not do a refund for a service what has not been provided, none sense!! Poor Customer Service too
