Needed a replacement tyre and have never used F1 Autocentres before. Simon, the manager of the Orpington branch looked after me from start to finish. He changed the tyre, offered me wheel alignment at a great price and explained in detail throughout the process. Simon is a credit to the company and someone you can tell is great with customers and excels at his job. I will return next time.

Poor convincing and confident about it. My car fits 4 different tyre sizes. I checked on door side spec and Good Year website, to confirm, but they were only stuck on fitting one size.

They said they would match any cheaper quote but couldn’t match it when I brought my car in. Showed him the proof online but being there already I wasn’t willing to just turn back. They couldn’t reset the service clock on my dashboard and not the best hospitality. Wasn’t told any details of the service just a basic over view.

Had great service there on 29/03/2021. The team were very professional. Had great knowledge of jacking up specialist cars, and took a great deal of care over changing all the tyres on the car. The manager even opened up a special app he bought himself to double check all the torque settings for the wheel nuts and tyre pressures for the new brand of tyres for the car. I booked this through Asda tyres, and selected this garage. I was very impressed, and would book my car in there again.

Went here for some repairs and new tyres. The tyres were the same price as budget websites, and the repairs were half the price of a dealer. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are adhering to Covid guidelines. Will be using this as my go-to garage from now on

My power steering suddenly stopped working on my way for shopping, but then started to work again. However had a sound. This garage was on my way back and I popped in to identify the problem. First the man in the reception looked at the car and said for this type of car to get to power steering fuel level it is hard and it will take a lot of time as it requires more time and he said to identify the issue it will take around 2 to 3 hours that will cost 200 and then worst scenario will cost 1000 on top to fix it . Then I thought I will get a second opinion and went to garage near orpington station, funny enough the fuel compartment was easily accessible and the guy topped up the oil and said there might be a leak and can identify the issue in 30 min.... he said first see if the top up rectified the issue or not . If not come back. Guess what problem solved.... the reason for this post is do a second opinion all the time if not some people might RIP you off...

I had to take my car in for a short service & problems with the air cooling fan. It was booked in for the day & following an inspection had quite a number of problems. It’s an old car but this is the first big bill I have had. All things considered I agreed to the repairs being done. I went to pick up the car at the end of the day but before releasing it, the mechanic discovered the main replacement component was faulty. He said he would correct this on the following day & deliver the car to my home address. I went to check the time of the trains home but he offered to drive me home which I thought was very kind. The next day expecting the car back by end of play I received a further phone call to say that the problem was still present. He worked on the car well after business hours & successfully delivered it back to me by 8pm! He had had to carry out further work on the car to correct this problem but did not charge me above the price of the initial bill. He left saying that I should pop back into the garage after 7 days so that he could check that everything was still ok. I moved the car over to a spot in front of my house & could feel such an improvement in it’s performance! The whole experience was exceptional & I felt that the care & consideration for me as a customer was fantastic. Simon definitely went above & beyond to give me a first rate service. I discovered Formula One through my brother and pre covid had MOTs etc done in S. Yorkshire. I was delighted to discover that the chain had finally moved closer to Greater London. Would highly recommend this branch of Formula One
