Staff was super friendly and very helpful in helping to determine the optimal bag measures. Great communication and rapid shipment to the USA without problems. The bag is great and makes traveling and bag handling so much easier. Would love to see more new products of this type developed.

I I've been on 2 trips so far with my compact bag and it's performed amazingly well. It feels great to carry my own bag - and do so in a way that I can manage. I bought the bigger bags for upcoming international travel! They're so sturdy and well built, they stand up to any other regular brand.
