The Findhorn is a lovely spate river in beautiful surroundings with some fresh run salmon to boot. Ian Neale is a very entertaining and experienced guide and has helped me catch fish, land fish, photograph fish and even rescued my hire car from a sandbank before it got washed away with the floods. Been fishing the Findhorn with Ian for many years now - high point of the year, always an experience. Great fishing river, great B&B at Barbara and Ians „Bradbush“.
Ian is a fine fisherman and an excellent guide and tutor. Well worth listening to whether you are a novice or very experienced salmon fisherman - I would recommend him.
Ian is an absolute professional guide and a master instructor whom my wife and I have known for decades - since his days on the Ponoi River. Always a pleasure to fish with him and learn from him, and his service on the lovely River Findhorn is second to none. Anyone would be fortunate to be able to spend time with him both on and off the water, and we look forward to someday joining him again.
I have fished Findhorn river a couple of times with Ian as guide. He is a very knowledgeable guide and good company - and River Findhorn is a beautiful river to fish. I will be back for sure.
