Short crossing lasting about 5 minutes - runs fairly frequently. Expensive for vehicles but free for pedestrians. Nice views of the lighthouse and lochs.

Possibly the quickest and easiest ferry to use. Friendly service and if there is space they will get you on. Good value.

Have had the pleasure of crossing. Lovely scenery on the short trip, bit of wildlife if you are lucky... but the scenery and wildlife are free from the waters edge ... at a cost of 8.20 on initial crossing, with my particular vehicle, I was stunned to find that the same cost applied to the return trip! Lucky if the crossing takes 10mins and on disembarking you truly do find yourself on the road to nowhere... In short, if you don't NEED to cross, don't... you'll save yourself the price of dinner (for one) at the Corran bar/restaurant.... mibbees see it as buy one get one free onthe meals and enjoy the view from he comforts of the bar.... PS- view no that much different on the other side, but if you like sheep, you'll have a field day

The ferry ist currently (19th of July) not working because of an accident. The personel at the ferry Cafe said, maybe until the weekend (22th/23th of July).
