DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!! Especially students. Lived in The Edwardian as a student, they hardly fixed any issues in the house despite reporting problems. Boiler broke during cold times and took weeks to fix. My shower floor fell through despite reporting a crack, incredibly lucky me or anyone in the room below were not injured. AVOID at all costs. Another estate agents that take money from you. We didn’t even get any compensation or a sorry for the trauma of the floor falling through. Absolutely terrible.
