What a legend! After reading the reviews I decided to call in Seth from Fortress. Even though it took longer than expected Seth persevered and I now have a perfect lock! Didn’t charge me an extra penny and I feel like I robbed him on the price! True, honest, and skilled craftsman are hard to find these days and Seth is a dying breed. Highly recommended 10/10 - so much so my dad wants him to sort his locks out!

Excellent service. Arrived within the hour after establishing that I wasnt locked out. Explained my options Excellent job done for a reasonable price. Would recommend to family and friends.
Had an emergency as Mum was locked in her house and the lock was broken. Seth came out within 30 minutes, sorted the problem and replaced the lock. Lovely manner, professional service, would highly recommend him.
When you call a trader, you ideally want them to be polite, communicative, effective in doing their job and good value. Seth is all these things and more. I can't recommend him and the firm highly enough.
