I have dealt with this company since I first started letting houses over 6 years ago. I have always found them extremely professional and helpful and in Hinckley would not hesitate to recommend them. They also do what they say they are going to do - quick to respond by phone and e mail.

Only a one star because can't do minus... charged me for damages the landlord knew about but denied knowing. Harassing for money if fallen slightly behind, didn't rush to get maintenance done. No understanding of good customer service. Absolutely livid.. taking legal action
We booked an appointment to view a property. Everything was fine. A few hours before the appointment we got a text message about the cancellation. Because they don't have access to the property... They wrote: "we will call you to book another appointment". Surprise! They didn't call us. But next day "let agreed". Interesting. Anyway, customer service in their office: horrendous
Looked at a rental property through Fosse House. They got in contact straight away and told us exactly what we needed to do. Viewed the property at the earliest viewing and secured the property the next day. They were extremely efficient and reliable.
We tried to book an appointment, but they never had one. Or they said, they will call us back, but never happened. If you are come from abroad, do not try to rent a house from them, because they will absolute dismiss you. I thought my money is same like everybody's money. :( I promise you, I won't try it again.
Absolute disgrace!! Would prefer NOT to leave any star whatsoever. Allowed pets into my property when NO pets allowed. NOT professional at all. House was left in terrible state. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE !!
Poor communication. Jobs never getting done. Can not recommend. Rented from these for 36 months, rent increased at every possible opportunity.
Be aware of this estate agent if your considering renting, not up front or clear about fees or how things work just happy to take peoples money for nothing.
