My first time dealing with Fox Windows and Doors but from the outset I was impressed by their customer focus. Initial request dealt with promptly and the subsequent quotation was detailed enough to give confidence in what I was ordering. The follow up \surveyor\ visit provided a fully illustrated specification that made it easy to decide that the windows chosen would suit our 1920s' house' The lead time was perhaps a little slow but given the state of the country in COVID times understandable/ The installation team hardly had ideal conditions on a snowy January week but it soon became clear the standard of work was not going to be affected. There were some initial problems with the pebbledash rendering but careful removal of the old windows negated too much collateral damage. Suffice to say we are very pleased with the overall finish. Fox may not be the cheapest option on price but the quality of the windows backed by excellent fitting justified the extra cost. In conclusion I am very happy with the end result and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Had an old conservatory removed and a new one fully designed and built by Fox Windows. Neil and the team were very friendly, helpful and patient while we figured out exactly what we wanted. The work crew took care of everything from skip hire, electricians, plumbers, plasters and of course builders and fitters. Quite a long project (and not cheap) but worth it. Great result with good attention to detail including fixing any snags. We're happy and would recommend them.
Had roof replaced as old one either to hot or to cold and noisy. Really good organised service from start to finish and the work is all completed to a high standard. The new roof is amazing ,a lot warmer and quieter. Thanks to all for a really good job. Would recommend
Neil & his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout our project. From the first meeting to discuss our requirements to the completion of the works, all agreed dates were met and all works carried out to an extremely high standard. All members of the Fox team were extremely pro-active with regards changes to the works on site and the lines of communication were maintained throughout. Should we have any future requirements, i would not hesitate to contact Fox Windows & Doors to discuss the works.
Really happy with the service we were provided with from initial survey/quote to final fitment. The current pandemic proved a challenge but was kept informed and reassured things would be sorted as soon as possible. Our Solidoor was fitted couple of days ago and Shaun was fantastic, really pleasant and easy to talk too and did a great job of fitting it, really made sure it was perfect. Would happily recommend and use Fox again. Thanks so much
