I ordered an absolute from them on a Monday and waited for them to send confirmation that it had been dispatched. Friday came and still no sign of it so i called them up and they said to wait until the following Monday. Monday came and still no sign of it so I called them up again. I later received an email to say it was out of stock and that they'd put my order on back order. Well, actually... I'd like my money back. If you don't have it in stock, I'll find a company that does. I was actually angry that trying to keep my money was their only option. How about offering a refund? (yes, I know a business so they'd look out for their best interests but that's just ridiculous and they didn't even have a time frame to offer me). After this email, i called up straight with the intent of requesting a refund. When i enquired of when they'd be restocking, she was unable to give me a date or time frame. So, you want to keep me on back order but you don't actually know when you'll be restocking?? Right. OK. She said she'd send my details to the account dept for them to issue a refund, this was done the following Friday, it's now Wednesday and still no sign of a refund. The problem is this isn't the first time they promised to get back to me regarding an item i wanted. I wanted their jasmine absolute a while back, maybe a year ago. I was told they'd keep my name on a list and get back to me once they restocked, as I said, that was a year ago .. I haven't heard anything since. I have had good experiences with this company in the past, but I feel the bad experiences outweigh the good.
