I could write several paragraphs about our dealings with FGC but our main issue was with the appalling customer service. Lack of communication, misinformation given, and Adrian's aggressive manner. It was unclear that prices were given excluding VAT. When the product was installed the finishing touches were poor leading to replacement parts being sent out. I would not recommend the company, however the product itself is very good.

Made an enquiry and was sent across to a local rep (Midlands area - I have his mobile number but not posting for the moment) as I received a phone call a day later from a chap asking for further details. Now I don't know much about internal door solutions and the questions he was asking me I struggled to answer 60% of them and he was getting more and more frustrated. I don't know if he was having a bad day but he started talking to me like I should know everything about the options and solutions which is a bit odd as I would have thought he would be offering solutions!! After all he is the subject matter expert and not me! Ended the call with him saying he would send over some solutions and never heard anything back. Won't be recommending them to anyone and complete waste of my time watching their videos and reviews on facebook which prompted me to contact them! We've decided to stick with a local company now as they are providing us with a much better service and guiding us through the designs and solution ideas instead of this company rep becoming more and more agitated on the phone! Terrible first impression.
