Excellent shop with friendly and very helpful staff. They fit me in last minute on a busy Saturday and gave me loads of options to frame my print. Reasonably priced and great quality!

Just before the second lockdown I was able to book an appointment to discuss the framing of four delicate uniquely sized prints. During this time, they were incredibly helpful and made the process of choosing materials and backings a delight. Having picked up the frames today, via their click and collect service, I have found the quality of work to be just as excellent as I'd hoped. The frames have added so much to my prints and I will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks!

Very disappointing service resulting in cancellation of the work and a refund. I was due to have four pictures framed of around A4 size, three of which were identical, at a total cost of 194. After more than a fortnight, I was contacted twice on the same day to say the frame I had ordered for the three identical jobs was not available (standard oak frame material), and I would not be able to view alternatives in person due to the shop's current closure due to coronavirus restrictions. Half an hour later I was called by somebody else to say I'd been undercharged for the one-off job (black, off-the-shelf aluminium frame). Apparently, in error, I was charged for two backing boards, instead of for a backing board and a frame, and I would have to pay a further 23 as the job had already been completed. What annoyed me most was the attitude of 'either pay the extra or just cancel, it's up to you' and the lack of acceptance that the error was on their part. I was told that I'd have been verbally quoted the correct price, but had been charged the wrong amount, which simply wasn't the case, and the attitude was completely dismissive and unapologetic. After several phone calls to try to rectify the situation, having been given different stories as to whether the job had already been completed or not, I had to request a refund and book a time slot to come and collect from outside the store, due to the current restrictions. I did then receive a phone call from the owner to try to resolve the situation, but unfortunately the damage was done. If you can't accurately confirm the price or availability of items at the point of service for what is some relatively simple work (and not at a 'budget' price I must add), then you shouldn't be taking the customer's money in full at the point of ordering. I really expected better of a local independent company.

I have had a number of things framed here over the last few years, single and multiple rugby shirts in frames, plus lots of memorabilia from various tournaments. Always excellent work and quickly completed
