I’d score this place 6 out of 5 if I could. I wanted a large set of old dancing medals framed as as surprise Xmas present for my wife. I dealt with the mother, father and son of this family business as they were all working in the shop. Lovely folks. I was undecided what I wanted, and they made great suggestions with patience. Great service. Quality product. Good value. (And a happy wife :-)
I cannot thank this company enough and would double this rating if I could. They helped me choose the perfect frame and glass to suit, in order to best display my picture. I took ages in doing this (for which I still feel really guilty), but they said it was no problem whatsoever, and did not rush me at any stage of the process. For this, and the excellent finished product, I cannot thank them enough. The job was completed in double-quick time, to the highest of standards. In addition, they kept me informed by telephone when the type of frame I had selected had been delayed only by two days. Excellent job. Lovely people. Exemplary service. Thank you so much.
