If I could give Franklins more than 5 stars I would ! The shop is superb, the staff go the extra mile. Neil and Steve are always happy to offer advice. I live in Hampshire and am more than happy to travel to Salisbury to buy whatever I need as nowhere locally compares. During lockdown, they were happy to post things out to me. My only complaint would be their ability to empty my purse every time I walk through the door !

This just a great shop they wool.crochet cotton any thing to do with sowing materials staff are very friendly and helpfull would very much recommend .wools and crochet cottons are upstairs i think they make up curtains as well but not sure i know they have sowing room upstairs
A nice big store on 2 floors. I go for knitting supplies. Lots of choice, helpful and knowledgeable staff and there's always a bargain to be had.
I emailed a query in today about gift vouchers and had an immediate response from Neil. I then spoke to him on the phone and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. My mum has also been happy with their service in the past and has written them a thank you letter. Well done Franklins.
