Second store I visited for a carpet and it was much better. Better stock, better pricing. Dealt with a young lad who sorted my order out for me quickly. Pricing was competitive. The store was immaculate. They had better selections. They were very flexible and held my carpet for 2-3 weeks whilst we decorated. Can't wait to get it fitted next Friday. UPDATE: 20/11/20: Carpet fitted. Fantastic job and the carpet is beautiful, great quality. I love that new carpet smell.

Told Craig in Hartlepool store what we needed, he gave great, unbiased and honest advice. Managed to arrange fitment within 4 days. Went away and got a call saying they'd checked the measurements I supplied and I'd got it wrong which meant they'd overcharged. Went back in and they refunded the difference immediately. Fitter turned up on the agreed day at the time stated and he's done a fantastic job. Delighted with the whole process and customer service at Frank's. Will definitely use again.
