Another visit to Young's to stock up the freezer... Purchased so much fish!!!! Had crab & scampi tails for lunch & mussels for dinner tonight with sourdough....absolutely delicious Teresa & all her staff are brilliant & so helpful & efficient. Would highly recommend....

As Tina Turner sung \simply the best\ Gr8 fresh fish & shell fish! They have a simply a stunning selection of both of the above. And if they its in at the wholesale market they will get it for you so you can be enjoying it the same day. Obviously you can buy a certain amount of fish in supermarkets/ and frozen in iceland etc. But but the fresh fish on the ice they sell is outstounding even the produce that they sell from frozen is extremely high quality too! I have and do sea fished myself for and have eaten a lot of my own rod and line caught fish and others Peoples catches too! The fish to catch onshore is not as plentiful as years ago, but even then I would only take home enough for family and the odd friend plus and where appropriate. A Bit for the freezer! The Youngs staff are friendly and knowledgable and someone will be on hand to answer enquiries about all manner of fish, and the preparation/cooking of them etc. Whilst the covid rules were in plaice, earlier in the year they did where they could' take phone orders and deliver locally. I am not just saying all this to as they say these days to \big them up\ the fish they sell is fresh and top class! But don't take my word for it go get some for yourself but leave a bit for me!!!
