There was no care for my beloved dog Chelsea. And I truly believe with this vets it's all about the money not the love and care of the animals especially by doctor lionel. I often wonder if I was a paying customer would my chelsea still be her today. Very much so! I will never take my animals to vets4now.

Able to secure an appointment very quickly. Was kept fully informed as to my cat's condition and they were very sensitive and professional when she sadly passed away.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My guinea pig was brought here Christmas day and he needed an operation. His operation was done and I had to call them myself to see how he was. I was told by Hannah "yeah he's fine, you can come and collect him". I'd said to Hannah how much of a relief that was and that I'd been up all night (due to my worry) and her reply in a very rude manner was "so have we!". IT IS YOUR CHOSEN PROFESSION TO BE UP ALL NIGHT! I collected him 30 minutes later. A vet nurse handed him over with some medication for pain relief. I got in the car, opened the box to see him and he was struggling to breath! I took him straight back and another vet told me he has purple lips and his breathing isn't right. We will sort him out and call you later! Hours passed and I heard nothing, I was getting more worried! I called up hours after this and was told he's doing ok. I then received a phone call hours later by an Eastern European vet to be told that he passed away an hour ago! I could not believe this and asked why I was not told sooner and she said "we have been busy". My complaint is based on Hannah's attitude and the fact she discharged him in the morning to go home.. When he couldn't breath and had purple lips!! If I can see an animal can't breathe properly how could she not! Whilst waiting outside another family had told us that Hannah had discharged their dog when she shouldn't have.. I would never return to this vets as it seems all they are after is money. They need to realise people put their trust in these so called animal loving vets, they are family members and they are all some people have!!

The surgery were so empathetic and caring, delivering news that I wasn’t expecting and were very sensitive when dealing with me. Also, dealing very nicely with her remains. I will forever be grateful for their care.

Vets Now in Caterham are truly amazing! When we recently had to put our precious kitty down due to cancer, they were absolutely understanding and considerate of our needs. They let us spend a last few minutes with her and let us be with her as she passed. The vet was so kind and explained everything to us - we were heartbroken to lose our little girl, but didn’t have to deal with any unnecessary admin - just our grief. I would most definitely recommend Vets Now Caterham if you have an unwell pet out of hours. They are just super duper!!
