Guy was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend his services. Despite a busy diary he offered flexibility to see us just before the first cold snap set in. He helped us to understand what fuels were best for our burner and why. Taught us the best way to get a good burn on the fuel and after sweeping the chimney, left no trace of mess in our home. The invoice process was swift and efficient and he was friendly in sending me a nudge when I forgot to pay it by the due date.

I contacted Guy about getting the wood burner in my new house checked and swept, having never had one before. Guy was able to come out pretty quickly. He was very professional but also very friendly and welcoming (I am new to the area). Guy was very good at the social distancing protocols, which was very reassuring. He did the job quickly and left the place in immaculate condition. Guy also gave me some really useful information on the set-up in my house and some great tips for maintenance and usage. Also he provided a certificate electronically in under an hour! Guy provided great value for money and I will definitely be going to him for the annual services in the future!
