When we first visited the shop Becki served us she was amazing and talked us through what would be a best hydrotherapy spa for both of us, we were torn between the artesian 748l and the Nevis but after a hard decision we went for the Nevis , Wayne and his son completed our instal which was quick and efficient without any major issues, would like to thank all the family for there knowledge..Wayne and Anne

Fantastic company from start to finish to aftercare. They are a can do company, and no matter the question or task, they have a solution. It is a pleasure to use family run companies like this. In a world of faceless business, these guys how exactly what you can do with great customer service.
Becky and Wayne gave us confidence straight away with their knowledge of the hot tubs when we had an appointment to view, and no pressure to purchase. After speaking to them about what we were looking for in a hot tub we chose a Memphis, which turned out to be perfect for us. The install went smoothly following their site visit, never having owned a hot tub before I obviously had initial queries regarding additives and chemicals but Becky and Wayne were always happy to give telephone advice would definitely recommend anyone thinking of getting a hot tub, or swim spa to go to Vici.
Amazing hot tub from Wayne and Bex We don’t have the easiest garden for a hot tub installation ( ie needed a crane , then needed lowering onto lower level of the garden) So helpful, hot tub is a joy to use ( and I hate soaking in a bath!) everyone in the family loves it Many thanks Vici Hot Tubs
