Excellent first class service! Professional from the first correspondence. The driver arrived in smart attire, an executive car and the journey very pleasurable. Will absolutely keep using AR Universal in the future, and recommend to anyone looking for a minibus hire.

We had wonderful service from AR Universal and an incredibly relaxed and friendly driver - he even scheduled in a toilet break for all the passengers! The coach was new and very comfortable. Will use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Absolutely first-class service. We needed to transfer a group of wedding guests from church to local reception venue and wanted a straightforward small bus, but definitely not an old routemaster (which seem to be the universal option nowadays, but are not to my daughter's taste). AR came to the rescue with two minibuses at a great price. Their office were superb, endlessly helpful and patient with my stream of emails and even sorting everything out when I realised I had made a mistake on the booking form. The drivers were prompt and lovely, the buses spotless and everyone was happy. I would unhesitatingly use them again, and whole-heartedly recommend them.
