This is the first time we have used Furrows at Oswestry. Today I collected my new (used) Fiesta and I am more than pleased with it. The Salesman was James, a most helpful and polite young man. From the moment we arrived on our first visit when we were searching for a car, to the minute we left the forecourt driving away in the new to me car, James was informative and at no time did I feel pressurised into buying. Before driving away, James went through all the controls with me and even connected my phone to the car system. I would definitely recommend Furrows to anyone wanting excellent service from Staff who are attentive without being pushy, and have good knowledge of the vehicles they have in stock.
