Ordered vegetable samosas with other meal received lame meat samosas I am a vegetarian the whole meal was thrown away as a result , on reporting to the manager Ali He acknowledge the mistake and only wants to refund 2.90 for the lame samosas . The rest of food looked and smelled horrible this people have ripped off lots people as evident from so many negative reviews, will never use them again and strongly tell other's to do the same. In this area there are lots of choice but to be ripped off Ali. this ali has not even refund the money off 2,99 for mistake he admitted THIS ARE CROOKS ARE THREATING ME OVER PHONE AND EMAILS.

I ordered a takeaway for 4 people on Saturday 31 October. Bill total 60.73. I thought this was expensive for what I had ordered but, was busy as it was my daughter's birthday. When I checked the following day the bill should have been 51.11. Plus, 10% discount for cash payment (which I never received) so that's 6.07. Total overcharge 15.71. I paid cash as, having given my card details twice, they had been declined. I also found this odd as had never been declined before. They now had my full card details including security no.. I have contacted my bank to make them aware of any future fraudulent activity. Also, there was no receipt or confirmation of payment attached to the order. I called gate of India next day ,explained over charge. Was told manager would call me following day. No call. I called again and spoke to a very rude man. He told me his manager will call me a next Monday..I won't be holding my breath. Please do not use this takeaway.
This is my local Indian takeaway, lovely food, good prices and delivered always on time. The lamb curry is amazing !!
I ordered from this restaurant last night and the result was that I have been sick all last night and all today. The food looked and tasted like no Indian meal I personally have experienced, here or in India. I called the restaurant and the manager told me to contact trading standards rather than refund me or even show any concern at all. This I will be doing. My advice to others would be to avoid this restaurant. It seems that I can't post this review without at least one star otherwise it wouldn't have any at all
Ordered food from them via deliveroo, this restaurant stands as a (uses own drivers service) so deliveroo has no controll over tracking the orders. My order was meant to arrive at 11:20 (ordered at 10:45) I called the restaurant at 11:40 and they claimed the restaurant had sent the food via a deliveroo driver. Deliveroo confirmed thag the restaurant doesn’t use deliveroo drivers but uses their own. I then called the restaurant again and spoke to an extremely rude man who kept referring me to deliveroo when in fact it was his service and his personal driver that was meant to deliver the food. I received no food and got charged in full and still have not received a refund. Man on the phone lied to me several times about their delivery service, did not try to help me with the tracking of what had happened and was very rude and persistent to get me off the phone. Will never order from this place ever again. Liars, unfriendly, and rude.
