What a wonderful place! We went for a birthday celebration at Fusions restaurants Bollywood karaoke night. I had a few requests regarding a birthday cake I bought in, which the management dealt with happily. Absolutely flawless customer service! We felt so welcome and looked after. They offered buffet food that was exquisite especially the pakoras. Great choice of food. Looking forward to going again to try the Italian menu! Would highly recommend.

Excellent food! Most importantly make fresh pizza base on order. Introduced tasty authentic Indian dishes which are really worth a shot. Excellent staff and service. Overall a very nice experience dining in fusion restaurant.

Went into fusion on a weekday and I have to say I was not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is incredible with a lot of choice. This restaurant is underrated and if anyone is thinking about going then give it a go and spread the word, would totally recommend 10/10.

We love the fusion, the food is great and has a nice menu. On this occasion we were there for a wake, we had a really nice buffet and were well looked after.

It's great to have a local restaurant with a good menu. I've eaten there many times since it opened. The menu offers great value and diversity (Italian / Indian) and there is plenty for kids to eat. The keema calzone is legendary.

Just back from another lovely meal at this place, the sea bass was amazing and the wife loved her chicken. Food freshly cooked so you may have to wait a few extra minutes, I for one would much prefer that than processed stuff. The owner is such a nice man and deserves to succeed. I don’t think there is a better restaurant in Luton

We used the catering services from fusion for a dinner party, we were absolutely delighted with the food and spot on with what we ordered. Definitely will use fusion again and already recommend to a friend and family.

Fusion is not not sure if it is Italian or Indian! Only two Indian mains on the menu and when my husband ordered one of them ,he was told they didn't have it...shame! Service was very poor .I put this down to the management lack of training and no manager on duty. No cutlery on the table and they only had two tables that they where looking after. Staff eating behind the counter when we were waiting for the desert menu...40 minutes too late, so I just asked for the bill. I filled in a customer feed back form and then went to the ladies not very pleasant. I asked the waiter for my feed back form to add something and he could not find it. Very strange when there was only two tables. He gave me another form to fill in. I asked for my origanal one and was told the chief had put it in the bin. This sums the place up. Having said all of that the wine and Italian food we had was good, it's a real shame as we like to support our local businesses.
