The staff has been extremely kind and professional. They understood the issue with my phone and they were quick to suggest a solution that did not cost me a lot. There was no pressure selling techniques used. It was plain and simple. I would highly recommend this place and its staff.
My wife and I have used this store several times, and every occasion has been a very positive experience. We have had two different mobile phones repaired, ordered and received an obscure battery, purchased a second hand phone and a case. On each visit we have been impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the value for money of their products and services. The store is small, but well stocked. There have been some Covid screens added to the customer counter. We would not hesitate to recommend this helpful business. The entrance is inside the Crossgates Shopping Centre, on the Austhorpe Road side. There is a car park that charges, or free short stay street parking nearby.
I have recently updated my phone and Due to recent circumstances (Covid 19) 02 stores were unable to support me with transferring details/ data etc as unable to handle the Phones. George at Future Links was an absolute star!! He updated all my data etc and dealt with everything!! What a professional service. Highly recommended. Thank you George
