Very poor service. Took 15 from me to identify/seal a slow leak on one of my tyres. After first visit, the problem still existed. Went back and I had a young lad take the wheel off and put it back on, and then telling me it is fixed. Owner wasn't interested at all and the problem still exists. For a company with the word 'tyres' in their name you would have thought a small issue like this would be easy to fix. I took the car to another place, where they fixed it for a tenner and the tyre is now as good as new.
I telephoned for a price of 2x 205/50/15 part worn tyres and was told they would be 30.00 each, After having looked for prices of new tryes i thought that was good, So off i went to get them fitted, When the guy showed them to me they both looked great, Then he said " But these are not 30.00, So i said asked are they new tryes? He said no but these are worth more then 30.00 So i said i phoned and asked a price i was told 30.00 now your saying they are more!! With that he said i will show you some 30.00 Tyres, and they was rubbish, I was then told we cant fit any tyres anyway because the tyre machine is not working, But they might be able to fix it in the next few mins, So i waited...and waited...and waited, Nobody bothered to tell me they could not fix the machine, i was totally ignored, So i got back in my car and left, I would never go back and i advise anyone else not to bother!!!!! I also had asked to track my car and was told they couldnt do that because someone had parked a car on the ramp!!!! 0-10
Absolutely poor service. Will never use you again and I will advise every person that I know against your services. Went in to get what i thought would be a simple easy job for any tyre garage ( front 2 tyres changed) Not only did you scratch BOTH of my rims about 1/4 way round on my bmw you ruined the tyres you took off by taking chunks out of the sidewalls, Which by the way are not cheap being 225/45/18 s.. i was told by the owner and his "mechanic" that low profile tyres tend to get damaged when you take them off..really?! ermm NO is the answer to that one. after you fitted my tyres I also had a slow puncture after on the front right which i have had to pay a proper tyre specialist to repair from were your undertrained staff failed to change the valves which were leaking (remind me what I payed you for ) ?. Disgusting service,Untrained staff. But yet you call yourselfs tyre specialists? 0/10
