Most amazing experience at a ’beautifully decorated pink repairs shop! These qualities explain the lady that fixed my phone: elegant, smart, responsive, honest, amiable and above all, humane! She knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed within minutes. To my greatest surprise and admiration, she didn't collect a dime from me even when. Insisted to show appreciation. According to her, it was just a minor issue that she wouldn't charge for!

Dont bother I took my sons p20 lite in with a cracked screen. when they eventually opened at 11am, then collected the next day once home found the camera was obscured and the screen cracked when I put it in the case because the it wasn't seated properly on the frame, took it back they agreed to repair it again when I went to collect at 12 on Saturday to find shop closed an hour later they returned to the shop , once home realised the screen had a mark under the glass and the following day the back cover came away and the screen unseated . Contacted the shop and sent pictures of the issues to request a refund to be told that they would only do a full refund if they could have the screen back so had to accept a 50 percent refund or waste more time, so in short dont waste your time
Jo has done a few jobs for me, a phone screen, an iPad screen and today she sorted out my charging port issue. Every time she’s been delightful, efficient, super-competent, reasonably priced, honest, fast and incredible personable. Don’t bother looking anywhere else- this place will sort you out P.S. excellent covid compliance including appointments and plexiglass screening if that’s a concern of yours.

I’d lost the metal end of my phone charger inside my iPhone 10 max and I was in real trouble as I couldn’t charge my phone or remove the trapped piece. The lovely lady there sorted it out for me in seconds I was so relieved,she then refused to take any money from me and believe me I was happy and trying hard to pay her. In this day n age of take the money and forget any customer service this was like a breath of fresh air Thank you once again
Took one of my students in with a broken iPhone today and couldn't have been more impressed. While the fault wasn't fixable, every effort was made to try and provide a solution and information. Absolutely will recommend to everyone with a broken phone!
Great friendly service. I took a gps tracker to 4 phone shops over the course of a week and none could pair it with my phone.the gadget shop did it in an afternoon,i would highly recommend their services satisfied customer Bill potters bar.
