We are very glad we chose Peninsula Windows. I think we gave them quite a challenge, as we asked them to take on the job of changing two huge, old bay windows and also a small attic room window at the top of our 4 storey terraced property. Chris, the salesman, along with Shane the surveyor rang and visited us several times before the work began to make sure that everything would be safe and just the right job for us. We can't fault their sound advice, friendliness and attention to detail, even to make sure the openers we chose wouldn't be too heavy for the frames and brackets. The fitters came on time and were always cheerful and friendly. Throughout the whole job they made efforts to keep the place as clean and tidy as possible. They showed great attention to detail, even when working through a thunderstorm and a couple of very hot and humid days when they had to carry heavy things up 3 flights of stairs. Gareth, the manager also came to check we were happy with everything, which was much appreciated. At the moment we are just working through a little query regarding the attic window which is being followed up very efficiently for us... Therefore, I think we can say in our recommendation that Peninsula's 'after sales' service is also very good. It's reassuring to know that they are willing to work through any issues to make sure we are completely happy. We've already spoken to Chris again to order a new patio window that's coming in January. So yes, we can definitely recommend Peninsula

We live in quite an exposed location, so it's really important that we have well fitting doors, etc. That's why we were so pleased with the results of Peninsula's work on our house - but even more important was the balance of professional and friendly that the staff managed to achieve. Chris the salesman came round to discuss our needs and was friendly and helpful, even though i must have tested his patience to the limit! Shane the surveyor and Sian on the phone both were professional and efficient. The workmen (cannot remember their names sorry) were very polite, tidy and efficient. The only thing that brings the star rating down is that i had to wait about 8 weeks for them to come back to finish the work. Christmas and lockdown \u200d️ Thank you Peninsula for a lovely job. I had an awning fitted and bifold doors the quality of the work and the product is great!

Two years ago we embarked on a complete refurb of our old Welsh farmhouse - This included removing the entire gable wall, rebuilding it to include 4 meter wide, floor to ceiling glass both up and downstairs - We were excellently guided by Peninsula at the showroom and shown a range of aluminium and upvc products - we decided on a blend of both and chose the top of the range German Solarlux triple glazed system for the new gable and a fabulous Solidoor for the new front door plus 12 new sash upvc windows. Dylan, Trefor, Ashley, Gareth, Brad and all the fitters were absolutely excellent and completely professional. They ensured every detail was carried out with precision - and at any time we came across problems with the old building accepting new modern products, the team were always on hand and would arrive within hours to attend. The finished product is stunning and we know our investment will last many many years. If you are looking for the best and at a reasonable price then look no further than this excellent company - They care, they take great pride in their work. The after care service is second to none - All round a seriously GOOD company. Good ethics, standards and a strong moral integrity are what is vital and this company are exactly that. Mostly a great experience. Chris the salesmen came round to discuss our needs and was friendly and helpful. The workmen were polite, clean and efficient. The only thing that brings the stars down was that they did not show up on the first day of work and did not notify me. I had to chase for an explanation. They made up for this though by ensuring the work was completed on time by sending another work team. Thank you Peninsula for a lovely job the quality of the work and the product is great!
