On holiday, found one of my car tyres had deflated overnight. MacKenzie & MacLennan were able to take a look at it, and diagnosed an easily fixed loose valve, and didn't charge. Very grateful for their honesty and assistance: trust is what most garage users are looking for, I reckon. Thank you!

Really helpful. Got a puncture late Sunday afternoon, and got relayed to a hotel in Gairloch. Next morning the garage were able to source a new tyre (large and unusual size) same day. Even sent a van to the hotel to jack the car and take the wheel to replace the tyre. Really went above and beyond, and it didn't cost a fortune.
Excellent garage. Had serious brake issue on my Smart Roadster when arriving on my holiday which required urgent attention. Not the best situation at best of times, but extremely concerning especially on single track. Placed in the very capable hands of Lewis, who traced the problem to a split in the vacuum pipe. Unable to replace with a replacement part (part is discontinued), the failed section was cut and a repair line was made, joined and sealed. I will replace the entire pipe as and when I return home and source a replacement from a breaker vehicle for a long term repair. However, Lewis’ improvised solution is more than adequate to see me for however long it takes to source my part. I’d recommend, especially say on an NC500 tour and experiencing issues, to limp on to this garage rather than calling a breakdown. The service offered will endeavour to seek working solutions and get you back on the road.
I gave the car for review. reverse gear worked. after receipt, unfortunately, does not work. a car mechanic said it was before. This is a joke !!!! I do not recommend
Damaged a tire close to closing time on a Friday and they stayed late to fix it for us so we could get home safely on Sunday!
