I understand there is a delay with Covid but my order was not updated in over 3 weeks. I wasn’t contacted in any way, I messaged them about my order and was refunded, not emailed back, not apologised to, not even an automated response to inform me of a delay.

Such a brilliant shop that is full of colour. They have been a great supplier for my school projects and will always try and get the equipment I need sent to me ASAP. Everything from fabrics and yarns to paints and canvases and anything creative in between can be found in all the nooks and cranny's of the business!
