Took back some hardware today that I had bought yesterday. The manager of the shop was so rude and refused my refund on the basis my card was not signed on the back. I was required to get my driving licence. She called security and also refused me entry to the shop when I did return with my driving licence. I have never felt so humiliated in all my life. She blew the whole thing out of proportion.

Thunder Light

A very good games store that covers consoles well with second hand titles for PS3. Always fun to pop in and check out the latest releases and merchandise. Only small gripe is the demo consoles for xbox and ps4 usually don't work. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Having a very bad experience after buying online one item missing from parcel contacted game straight away via live chat who at first were very helpful saying if another parcel didn’t follow they would send a replacement. However 2 weeks on and 5 days til Christmas still waiting for their warehouse to investigate. Unless I chase for an update I never hear from them. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Don’t seem to care that this is a child’s Christmas present and a lot of money
