Tried to get on website to order a ps5 as the were coming in stock at 9am. Went online at 8am and couldn't get on their website. It had obviously crashed with the demand. Very frustrating and no explanation or apologies from the company. Very poorly run

The best video game store, reasonable prices and a lot of novelty. I recommend not buying the new games in extrenos but wait for days and the prices will be better. Very busy weekends, very friendly staff.

I had a problem, and Jag /manager/ helped me not the first time, he is one of the best manager, game company have to be happy with him. I can recommend if you have any problem he do the best. They are helpful and nice all the time.

I am not a big fantastic much less of this kind of games; but for some rare occasions I entered this shop and, I could see that the store holds many news on the trendy games of the moment. As for as prices are concerned, they are not very cheap, but it is enough to know how to wait because very often, after a while, almost all the games can have discount on the price. To conclude, I can say that the staff is well informed about the games on sale and that they are friendly and well disposed with costumers.

Gonna miss this store as it was part of my childhood. The staff were always friendly and knew what they were doing. I purchased the original Playstation 2 with Grand Theft Auto 3 and Tekken Tag just after my GCSE grades, 15 years later I purchased a PS4 Pro Destiny 2 Bundle with COD WW2 and Tekken 7 from this store
