Shop refuses to honour online trade in value prices set on the website. Staff are unhelpfull and there so called regional is an argumentative young man full of attitude. Company doesnt care about trade laws and the customer services is a joke too. Didnt care about mistreating or upsetting a customer of 15 years. Ill stick to buying games from asda, argos or amazon in the future.
