100% the cheapest place to buy games in Leicester (trust me I’ve looked everywhere) and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Only problem is that some days (not sure what time) they host big group card games (probably something gay like yugioh or magick the gathering and the smell of sweat in the shop is literally unbearable) otherwise 10/10 shop. ️

Great place to visit for retro and newer games. Wish there were slightly more SNES etc games but I guess when they aren't in recirculation as much that's probably why. Old consoles are for sale for cheap.

Love this shop. Not many places stock games for N64, PS1, GBA and such. Pleasant staff, also sell a small range of used electronics like iPods and speaker systems. Sell cheap promo posters to decorate your room to. Love going here, I definitely recommend that anyone visit.

Only knew about this place last time I was in Leicester, a few weeks ago. Popped in and straight away thought it was one of the best shops I've been in to :D Some absolute classics inside

A few years ago this was the place to get really great and rare video games and consoles at really good prices. Sometimes if you spent quite a bit of money they would chuck a game or too into the deal. You never felt ripped off and you were sometimes able to negotiate prices with the chap that worked in the shop with his wife/girlfriend, I’ve spent some serious money in this shop and I would pop in at least 2-3 times a week. However a few years ago I believe that someone else took over the business(not entirely sure) and hired new staff. They put the prices of their games to scalper levels of cost, in many cases more expensive than the scalpers on eBay. They give you the worst levels of trade in on video games where it isn’t worth losing the game in your collection. The staff are unfriendly and whilst I’ve been in the shop I have heard them moaning about customers. When I do now pop in on the rare occasion to see what they have I always end up leaving not buying a single thing, because I know I can get a better deal elsewhere. I am just really disappointed how once a great retro video game shop has become, they have a great stock of items however they just charge the earth for it.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone wantin to buy retro games, consoles etc, the new games have a little more variety but that's a very minor nitpick.
