Steve is a legend. Trustworthy and very good at his job, a true professional. I had been quoted many s for a complete new garage door, Steve turned up on time, after phoning me 20 minutes earlier as a courtesy call that he was on his way, and fixed my garage door within 10 minutes. I can recommend Steve 100%. I asked him for help with fitting a replacement battery in my garage door and for a quote to fit a mechanical door release and to service it. He turned up and had a look, explained that it wasn't possible to fit a mechanical release, explained that it didn't need servicing, fitted the battery, checked that everything worked, and because it didn't take long didn't want to take any money. What a pleasure to meet such a genuine honest guy who values customer service and such a contrast with the local company who installed the door 3 years ago and refused to help
