Communication with the company was easy and any questions speedily dealt with. A great company to deal with with, from the initial quote to fitting only took 4 days. We also received excellent advice to help us to make our minds up which door to choose as the most suitable for our requirements. I would highly recommend this company. Fantastic Door Company! We ordered three doors including a front door, sectional garage door & side gate from Garage Door Secure. Fitted within 4 weeks to a high standard, the team were polite & worked cleanly. Absolutely transformed our home which is now the envy of the street!
Well what can I say! Rob was so professional throughout the whole process from our first meet to have a talk about what door we’d like, to the installation of the door. Kept in contact throughout with updates on when the door was arriving. Rob was extremely clean when removing our old door and installing the new one, left the area spotless! The door we have is amazing and is a million times better then what Everest where going to get us, plus half the price too!! Will be recommending Rob to anyone and everyone without a shadow of doubt! Our experience with Garage Door Secure has been fantastic from start to finish. Rob arrived promptly to measure up and provide a quote, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when discussing our options and offered a competitive price. Delivery and installation was prompt and in line with the original dates shared when we placed the order. The guys were extremely clean and tidy and our new front door looks amazing! Had a new Garage door fitted by Garage Door Secure. I unfortunately damaged our previous door so needed another quotation for my insurance company. I contacted Rob who came out and gave me a quotation. I decided to go with Garage door secure as they are a local company and Rob was very knowledgeable. We paid our deposit and was told it would take about 4 weeks. On the 4th week Rob messaged me to install our garage door that week. His team arrived and repaced our garage door within about 3 1/2 hours which is what we were told. The team were excellent, just got on and did the job. They cleared up all of the rubbish and took away the old garage door. They advised me how to operate the door and explained what I needed to do if I needed to get access if there was a losss of power. I have already recommended them to freinds and family who are also having them to replace there garage doors. I would recommend Garage Door Secure to anyone. If you want to come and see how ors works just let us know. Just need to get our Facia done now which we are in the process of arranging.

Rob and Craig have done a fantastic job installing the our two garage doors. We had two doors and the work and finish was just excellent. The two doors have completely transformed the house and the customer service from both of these guys was second to none. Once we had done our garage doors we straight away ordered our front door from these guys too. I wouldn't look twice for anywhere else because the service and quality is the best you can get. Highly recommended, the best in this field !
My new front door was fitted a couple of weeks ago, it has made such a difference in the curb appeal of my house - the door is great quality and has made a great difference in making my house warmer. Great service too keeping me informed at each stage. Would recommend.
