They didn't have what I needed as the part was obsolete, but they were very helpful, and I would highly recommend them.

Owners are rude, argumentative and extremely unhelpful. They only care about large contracts and you will not get any kind of acceptable service for a domestic property as a private customer. I do not recommend this business.

First class service from my visit to the showroom to the fitting of the door. Beccie was knowledgeable and informative as we toured the showroom and discussed my options. Martin was helpful and answered all my questions when he came to measure up. Two delightful young men, Steve and Renzo did the fitting - they were charming, courteous and efficient. All promised dates were honoured. The door looks lovely. If you fancy a new garage door, look no further!!

Visit 1. Garage door installed in Jan 2019. The door was twisted. Instead of getting a door that wasn't twisted this company fitted the frame on a skew to make it fit. The result was a poorly opening garage door and the frame leaning forward and not plumb to the bricks Visit 2 to fix (August 2019). The fitters adjusted one side of the frame. Result, the door still twisted, but leaned forward a little less. Still didn't open and close smoothly. Visit 3 to fix the fix (September 2019). The fitters aligned the frame so plumb to the brick work. Result, the garage door scrapped the floor when opening and closing. The skew in the actual door resulted in the the door not having a flush and neat close. Also, it was near impossible to lock due to this adjustment. Owner of the company argued the garage door was perfectly fine and the issue was with my drive way. I had a grounds worker attend, take photo's to prove the ground work was perfectly level. Visit 4 (October 2019). Garage door and frame replaced with door not skewed. The frame was fitted plumb to the brickwork. Result. Garage door opens and closes, locks and looks neat and tidy. Notes: -Owner argumentative and doesn't want to resolve issues -Fitters don't take pride in there work to ensure the customer gets what they paid for. - Frustrating customer service Would I recommend - NO Anyone wanting to see the photos of the above post visits and hear the voice recordings of the customer service please contact me. I am happy to provide
