In early December 2019, I was struggling to get ANY Garage Door Repairer to give me an estimate to replace cables on my Garage door. In fact, I am still waiting for three of them (who all estimated about 80) to tell me when they can come and do the job. My wife found Garage Doors NW and sent a text. We had a reply within one hour. When we spoke Richard said it would be about 80 but he would do it for less if he could and if the parts I had were the right parts they would come of the bill. The week before Christmas, I asked if he could come and do the repair. We agreed he would try and get to me Monday 23rd. He came. He saw. He conquered. The door was repaired in brilliant fashion. AND...... He is a nice friendly guy. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. And true to his word. The price was much less than 80 (which I would have been happy to pay. Thank You. I know who to call in the future and its NOT Ghost Busters or any of the local competition, who I am still waiting for calls from since first week in December. Date of feedback: 21/01/20
