Just had my roller shutter door motor changed on my workshop by Josh and Rio. Excellent service, really pleased with their work... highly recommended. Next job I need to get Josh to sort out will be the manual override on another roller shutter door.

Door ordered in June for 2-4week fitting. Fitted today, end of August. The door fitted today has packers all the way around as it was measured incorrectly. The frame colour does not match the door colour. The door has to be closed manually - it gets 3/4 of the way down and bounces back open. Someone supposed to be coming back out to have a look. I'll update this review with their resolution. An engineer came to the house the following day to sort this out. Full credit to the company. They had a member of staff unwell and a subcontractor fitted the door. The company have sent their own engineer. Couldn't be happier with the aftercare. They obviously care about their reputation. Well done. Wow. We now have the door we ordered. Looks fantastic, works perfectly. Superb aftercare.
Had a roller door installed by these guys last week, from start to finish from dealing with this firm was fantastic, no pressure sales they showed me the best secure roller door that came with a built in alarm as our last one got broke into. They left our drive with no mess as though they hadn't been. Would definitely recommend this company from start to finish, price and long guarantee was both A*. I would definitely use this company again and reccomend them to anyone. 5* all around!!
