I ordered the in light picket fence which arrived quickly by Royal Mail. Having to put it together was unexpected but it was so simple & easy with clear instructions. The plastic fence is good quality & is exactly what I was looking for to brighten up a part of my garden. Very pleased

After reading the mixed reviews I decided to purchase two topiary duo trees. They arrived bent and had bald patches!! After several email backwards and forwards the seller offered me a 7 reduction to keep the plants. As they were nearly 50 I didn't think that was good besides the plants were too bent and damaged to keep. Eventually after having to wait in for a courier to collect them it was still a considerable amount of time before I received my refund. Disappointed with the way that customer services dealt with my issue and it appears that after reading several reviews on The Garden mile website it appears that several other customers had the same experience. It appears that the company are blaming the Corona crisis for the poor customer service but in my experience companies appear to be going that extra mile for customer under the circumstances. It is not the case here

Ordered a large walnut shelf with steel brackets-shelf and one bracket - arrived damaged -I was told new piece of wood was being sent along with replacement bracket. Bracket arrived so hung shelf with plan to swap wood when new piece arrived- brackets bent and could not support wood -when contacted about this seller then advised they never sent new wood-agreed with seller to return for refund. They issued a postage label and advise I wouldn’t have to pay anything -got to post office in level 5 pandemic with heavy package and was charged 25 extra for postage-seller takes days to reply and I didn’t want to have to come out again so I paid postage and sent them copy of receipt on the understanding I would be refunded. They won’t issue refund and I’m now 25 out of pocket for their error and on an item that could have caused harm as brackets were so weak and clearly not for for purpose They now will not reply to emails or answer phone.

This company failed to commit to an eBay order for an outside light even-though it had been marked as dispatched with a tracking no? They messaged to apologise for not honouring the order and promised a refund, this didn’t occur either. I’m now having to chase up said refund after realising I’ve not been refunded from last month. Buyer beware!
