A lovely well equipped cottage close to the centre of Duns, but located at the back of the main house, making it very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful garden space, and very welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time living as part of this historic house. Eric and Kathi were fabulous hosts with chocolate cake on arrival and scones on a Sunday-bliss! My eldest boy really enjoyed the fresh duck eggs and extra playmate in Albert around the house- highly recommended for young families!

Lovely place to stay in the Scottish Borders - warm, comfortable and stylish. With a well equipped kitchen and sunny private garden it’s easy to settle in and relax. The chickens sound relaxed too!
