I've used them for four years now to replace conservatory windows as seals break down. Always had excellent and efficient service. Also made and fitted a new window for me. And replaced two other windows with self cleaning units.

These guys are great. They were recommended to me and very happy they were. Our rear French door would no longer lock as I couldn't lift the handle to engage it. Contacted them to see if they could fit me in the same day and they could. They arrived at 4pm on a Friday just when they said they would. Lewis was very professional and polite, quickly assessing the issue and getting to work. My door lock was stripped, cleaned and reassembled. It's working better now then it ever has. So thank you once again and will certainly be contacting you in the future for any other repairs.

We had a seal on our window that we thought would require replacing. An appointment was set up and I was advised that it would be 90 plus vat to replace the seal if this was in fact the problem. I requested a call 30-40minutes in advance of arrival as I don’t live at the address. -on the day, no phone call but luckily I was there already so no harm done. The guy proceeded to open the window and re-fitted the existing seal. This took less than 10minutes. The bill- 138 ! I told him I though this was a huge amount and more expensive than if it had required a new seal. The man was very rude in response and snapped that he could just pull the seal back out then. Seriously, 138 for less than 10Minutes and no materials involved... in my hospital profession that is 2 days work. I have queried this bill with the company and will update my review with their response and re-rate if required. Currently, I would not recommend these guys at all.

DO NOT TRUST ...! Had a very bad experience dealing with this firm. Although my complaint is over a year ago I still feel aggrieved. I dealt with a man called Alan who I believe is the owner. After numerous promises to come back and repair my pvc frames. Fed up , I confrinted then via phone call , only to be told to P off ! Involved another company who fixed the issue within 2 hrs. ! Stay away.
