Terrible service!!!!!!! took 27 mins for them to answer there phone because there automated service doesn’t understand your accent it’s ridiculous you would think eon didn’t want you to pay your bill ANSWER the phone without all this press 1 for that etc get rid of your automated service it DOES’NT work
